Victorian Roses

Victorian design and Roses seem to naturally go together. It is difficult to find an historic painting or tapestry without the Rose and Thorn entwined into the design.

It was of great interest to me when Connie at Hartwoodroses.com  wrote me with a link to her Victorian Front Porch project and restoration.    SEE HERE.

Thank you Connie for the mention.

I had a chance to take a look at her main website which revolves around her farm in Virginia that produces roses.

Lots of roses.

I thought it would be of interest to my fellow Victorian designers to become aware of her work for your landscaping projects.  The “perfect Victorian garden”    doesn’t happen by accident or quickly and I think Connie would be a valuable asset for you in both planning and obtaining something really special.
