VICTORIAN GINGERBREAD GABLES

The Adjustable Gable - Available in four sizes

NOTE:  - One of the problems homeowners face in putting up a gable is the determination of the correct fit.  The below example video and pictures will illustrate how easy this gable can be sized and installed.  Taking all the guesswork out of pitch and degree of angle.

I make this gable set in 4 sizes allowing a good fit to any roof line or window decoration.  They can be installed touching or spread apart to still give a gable look.  This selection of sizes will allow you to use them on various places on your house so they all tie in.  If you are looking for a porch bracket to tie into this design, I might suggest Item #B27 - see  -STANDARD BRACKET PAGE - 

As gables are  installed exposed into the full sun and weather I construct each piece from  high grade layered 3/4 inch thick solid birch.  They are shipped  primed and sanded rough to accept paint.  In this application I always suggest two coats of good external house paint.  Please call to order  (707) 444-3880

I want to thank Anna and Sam Caruso in Slidell LA., for sending in the finished pictures of their project. This was a newer construction and I worked with Anna on her brackets and roof trim and Gables. She has a real eye for vision and provides an example of what can be done with a standard house and giving it a vey Victorian look without going overboard. Anna used large layered #B27 brackets painted in two colors and a 32 inch gable with 6 inch roof trim. Great work! (I like the fish scale siding too)
