NOTE: - One of the problems homeowners face in putting up a gable is the determination of the correct fit. The below example videos and pictures will illustrate how easy our gables can be sized and installed. Taking all the guesswork out of pitch and degree of angle. The gable sets are designed to be nailed flat onto your existing fascia boards, or with a little more work, hang from the bottom of your fascia boards. See videos below for demonstration.

I make gable sets in a variety of sizes allowing a good fit to any roof line or window decoration. They can be installed touching or spread apart to still give a gable look. This selection of sizes will allow you to use them on various places on your house so they all tie in. As gables are installed exposed into the full sun and weather I construct each piece from high grade external manufactured wood designed exactly for this type of use. Rot, bug and water resistant. This is a strong manufactured wood designed for outside exterior applications. All gables are shipped primed white and sanded rough to accept paint. - FRAMING OPTION -

NOTE: For those wishing to hang this gable rather than nail flat against a fascia board, I can make custom redwood support frames. Just mention during ordering.    I construct the support bars here in the shop from solid redwood and bevel the edges, then counter sink mounting holes top and bottom and supply exterior screws. After I attach the gable to the redwood support strip with glue and nails, I caulk around the seam. The support bar will add approximately two inches top and bottom to overall gable section length.   The entire unit is then primed and ready for you to paint.

Example picture shown hanging from bottom of Fascia board with our matching - ROOF TRIM - NOTE: While it is much easier to nail directly onto your fascia board, you can achieve some striking results by letting gables and trim hang down as illustrated above. It requires a bit more work on your part. I suggest attaching the trim and gable pieces first to a strip of thin wood, then mount the wood to the fascia board. That gives you room to more easily attach to the fascia board with screws.
