 Support Bars for  Door / Window Headers

 

Most commonly customers wish to use the thicker Headers to hang upside down to use on a porch between their porch brackets...a "Bracket Buddy".  We bevel a strip of wood and glue and nail the header then use caulking to seal the header to the strip.  Support strips are 1 3/4 inches wide and add approximately  three - four inches to the overall length of the piece.  The ends are then pre drilled with a counter sunk hole for easy mounting.
