In addition to our standard brackets, we also can produce a solid Hemlock wooden bracket at 1 1/2 inch thickness.

Hemlock is considered a soft wood, but actually heavy and strong enough to also be considered a semi-hardwood that stain beautifully to exterior millwork, hemlock is also a prefered wood for making staircases, exterior door and even wooden  ladders.

Hemlock is a very popular wood for external milwork, It's natural bug resistance, even termites, makes Hemlock a superior wood for exterior applications.

If you are looking for a thick heavier wood than our standard redwood, Hemlock will certainly do the job.

A tad more expensive than our Redwood brackets due to the density and time involved with making them.
