FEB 02 - I want to thank Wendy Rinker of Mountain View Wyoming, for sending in the following pictures. Wendy is lucky enough to own a hand
made 1/6 size playscale doll house. The house is 60 inches long, 28 inches wide, and at the highest peak is 46 inches high. It
was built by friends of Wendy (Mark and Jill Kenney). The siding is ripped down 1X pine. Wendy says that 1584 tongue depressors
were used to complete the upper siding.
While the structure is not Victorian, it is such a well made and rare piece, that
I thought visitors here would enjoy a tour and an example of a fast dying art....hand made doll houses. Notice the
detail on the real stone fireplace and turned staircase....thank you Wendy for sharing the pictures...Tom
