- CONSTRUCTION NOTES -
These fancy Corbel type brackets require a bit of time to fabricate. Please allow extra time to construct and get into the mail. Large orders perhaps a bit longer.
- PAINTING NOTES -
Without a doubt these types of layered Gingerbread Victorian brackets are truly beautiful when the time is taken to custom paint them. The possibilities are endless and you are only limited by your imagination. While they look beautiful in a solid single color, by doing something fairly simple like using a foam brush to cover the outsides with a second color you can easily achieve a nice two toned look.
For the more adventurous, three or four colors and a steady hand are all that is required. For external applications, make sure you use external latex house paint......and remember, no spray paints. They just don't do a good job of protecting the piece. Always use a brush.
INSTALLATION
Always pre drill pilot holes the same size of your small screw or nail.
Do not use a power drill to mount, I always suggest a hand screw driver to allow for better control. Power drills can get away from you.
This Artistic bracket was designed for a true old Victorian structure or home.
